I’m Nikki Thompson, a Creative Virtual Assistant helping solopreneurs and small businesses boost their online presence with online marketing support. Originally from the UK, I now live on a tropical island in Thailand. My journey to becoming a Virtual Assistant began in 2010 when I left behind the bustling city life of London, where I worked as an Admin Assistant and Personal Assistant for over 15 years. Trading skyscrapers for palm trees, I settled on the idyllic island of Koh Lanta, where I managed a small backpacker hostel and embraced my new role as a mother to my wonderful daughter.

When I started my VA business, I initially offered general admin support and virtual assistant services, drawing from my extensive experience in London. However, I quickly realised my clients needed help with social media management, email marketing, and sales funnel creation to grow their businesses.
That’s when I discovered my passion for creating stunning graphics, designing high-converting landing pages, and setting up seamless sales funnels. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in Canva design, lead magnet creation, and email marketing tools. I’m proficient in a wide range of software that supports my online marketing services. I thrive on the challenge of learning new platforms and figuring out the best ways to make everything work together smoothly. Whether it’s designing on-brand visuals or handling the technical setup of an email marketing campaign, I’m committed to delivering high-quality results that help my clients succeed.
